House Rental Rates for Le Guet (The Lookout) with Terms and Conditions for rental and payment

Le Guet is suitable for a maximum of four guests.

There is no wheelchair access and the house is not suitable for the disabled.

Pets are not accepted.

Smoking is not allowed in the house but can be enjoyed in the Grenier.

The house is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to the height and accessibility of the Grenier, but this is at the discretion of the renter.

The key is available from a keybox on arrival and the combination will be provided after full payment has been received.

All the above prices do not include the newly introduced French Tourist Tax. This will be charged on a separate invoice at a rate of €0.90 per night of occupancy, per person over the age of 18.

When a booking is made a 25% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less that 8 weeks prior to commencement. The balance of the rental fee is required not later than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking.

A €150 security deposit is required which is refundable after the rental period. Should there be a requirement for additional cleaning or there have been breakages an appropriate amount will be deducted and the balance refunded.

The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday, unless by special negotiation. The arrive/entry time is 16.00 and the house should be cleared by 10.00 on the day of departure.

The rental charge includes cleaning and linen. If an additional linen change is required during a longer rental it will be charged at €20 per bedroom for each change.

Payment can be made by bank transfer in Euros or GB Pounds, or by a Euro or Sterling cheque.
